David Lively masterclass

EPTA Greece had the great pleasure of hosting in Athens once again (for third time!) the internationally renowned American soloist and pedagogue David Lively, who held a piano seminar on January 10 & 11 at the Athens Conservatory ("Aris Garoufalis" hall).

Mr. Lively  once again gave us wonderful impressions with his deep knowledge of the instrument at his disposal (and not only that, since we constantly heard him bring examples and correspondences from literature, painting and a bunch of others), his ability to penetrate the student psychology, his kindness, insight, alternation (in right doses and key moments) of sternness and smile, his (excellent) humor and simplicity. We thank him very much and look forward to seeing him again soon!
